Returns & Refunds

The Buyer must obtain an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number from Oklahoma Toner Company,L.L.C. The RMA number will be valid for a period of seven days from the date of issue by Oklahoma Toner Company,L.L.C. Oklahoma Toner Company,L.L.C. reserves the right to refuse delivery of Goods after this period. All returned goods must have the RMA number marked clearly on the package. Oklahoma Toner Company,L.L.C. reserves the right to refuse delivery of any Goods returned without an RMA number. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Your RMA Number

Should you wish to return a product please request a RMA by telephone, email, fax or by writing to us clearly stating your full details, order number and reasons for the return.

If Product is Defective

Should a product fail to operate or is defective simply contact us and request a RMA number. We will exchange it for new or credit the purchase price at our discretion.

If Product is not faulty

If you have ordered the wrong product, please request a RMA number and return the product unopened and in its original re-saleable packaging within 30 days from date of purchase for an exchange or a full refund at our discretion. Oklahoma Toner Company,L.L.C. reserve the right to charge a 10-20% re-stocking fee in the event that a product is returned that is not defective.

If your goods are damaged

In the unlikely event your order is damaged in transit please contact us immediately on 800-483-4208. Please also retain the original packaging for returning with your order. We will arrange for a prompt replacement or refund.


In the extremely unlikely event that not all items of your order are received by you, you must inform Oklahoma Toner Company,L.L.C. within 48hrs of receipt of the goods. Unfortunately we cannot accept claims after that time.
